I decided to particiate in this promotion: I deligently fufilled the requirements, which were to "Win three bets on Wheel with a 49.50x multiplier (Risk: High and Segments: 50)". Each time I ask why, they avoid the question. I am DISGUSTED at how useless and pathetic live support are. Here are screenshots of the interaction: @AleksandarG please tell me why my bet doesn't qualify, and what I'm doing to act in "bad faith" - how can your team accuse players of something and not provide any reasons or proof? It just amazes me that it takes coming to the forum to resolve these types of issues, because of how incompetent live support is. I don't mean to be harsh, but they made baseless and false claims, which they were unable to prove. Feel free to lock this topic, it is resolved now, thank you.
