Unable to claim monthly bonus

Hello guys, I'm a Stake user from India. I am unable to claim my monthly bonus as shown in the image. However, I am able to claim the 5-day reload. I have contacted live support regarding this issue, but they aren't replying.

Is anyone else facing the same issue?Please suggest a solution.

You can receive either a 5-day reload or a coupon link , not both. Since the reload has already been activated on your account, you are unable to claim a coupon.
