The monthly that has been vanished

Hello everyone!

I would like to highlight an interesting phenomenon, what I've suffered.

Last monthly I was busy, therefore I didn't have much time to gamble. Didn't claim the May monthly, neither another VIP Ladder bonus. So no problem, I come back and claim it, why not?
It turned out, I could not.
Okey, no problem, I will share my problem with the support, because they are helpful and have already helped me a lot before.
I wrote my issue, and what was the answer?
It was expired.
Like what? How? Isn't it dedicated to a user? Where does the TOS mention this? How should I know if it will expire or not? Why can't I get what I deserve?

I'm really upset about this news, but it looks like the bonuses expires after a time. So be careful or your bonuses will be gone, forever...

I wanna state that the support was helpful, so good experience, the TOS states:
12.10 Stake reserves the right to cancel all bonuses that have not been claimed within the claiming period or 60 days, the shorter of the two.
It was within 60 days.
12.5 ...Expiration dates will be set forth in the specific rules or terms and conditions of the particular promotion, bonus, or special offer. Furthermore, Stake reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change or modify any policy with respect to the earning or expiration of bonuses.
I couldn't see an expiration date.
12.11 Stake reserves the right to cancel any bonus at its sole discretion.

So take this as an example and claim your bonunses asap.
