Random Winner Should Be Picked Transparant

I know this one really Confusing, but I think there needs to be some transparency in the random selection of winners.. It is true that sometimes there are a lot of people participating but recently there have been the same winners, so if you can please Conduct transparent selection that can be used as evidence that the selected participants are truly random. The chance of being selected 2-3 times in a row is very, very small.And maybe there are other additions from you guys if you feel like it, or if there is something that needs to be known please reply here And please please use polite language!
