Reduced bonuses (Weekly, Bonuses, Monthly)

Stake.com reduced my bonuses because I am in profit, and now I only receive 10% weekly bonuses instead of the 100% I used to get. Yesterday, I received a weekly bonus of 1.60 with a 3,300 wager and a -100 balance. I contacted support, and they responded with the following:

"I sincerely apologize for the delay.

Due to the restrictions on your account, your bonus amounts have been slightly reduced.You will be able to deposit, wager and withdraw, as well as to claim bonuses such as Rakeback, Reloads, Promotions and Boosts.However, you'll find that the amount of the bonuses has been reduced.Please note that this decision was made by the team in charge, and that there is no way for us to change it.If there's anything else that I can help you with, let me know, and I'll be happy to assist.."

I also received daily rain bans and rain drop restrictions for 30 days, which I also cannot understand.

I want to share this with the Stake community and hear their thoughts about this situation.

Stake is demanding more and more from us, such as higher wagers for drops, more bonuses, etc. The slot payouts are almost nothing anymore. I have made over 200 Fruit Party buys and only received a maximum of 1700x, which I never understand—how it's possible that a bonus doesn't hit.

Thanks for all your support and feedback. I really appreciate the community's understanding and shared concerns.

To clarify, my main issue is the sudden reduction in bonuses and the restrictions, despite being a loyal player. It feels unfair to see my bonuses cut from 100% to just 10%, especially after consistent wagering. The rain bans and restrictions are confusing and frustrating, and I haven't received clear explanations from support.

I'm sharing this to raise awareness and hopefully get some transparency from Stake about the changes and their policies. It’s important for us to feel valued and treated fairly.

Stake doesn't tolerate winning players unfortunately. If you win you get bans like this. I've got it several time just because my monthly profit was in positive for a few hours. Extra frustrating when you then re deposit and lose all you won and you're still stuck with the ban. 

Once you get a ban like this, it's best to not play at stake until it passed. Pointless to redeposit and lose if you get nothing back for it. 

 

Edit: I'm actually down -$60.000 on stake overall past 2 years according to my host, but these bans can still trigger just when you have profit on monthly stat. 

I understand Stake got to do this, but they need to look at all time loss and the possibility to remove the ban if you redeposit your winnings and lose them. As it is now, there's no point on continue playing the second you get this mail.

Hi, I understand what you're saying. In my case, after I get a ban, I only receive one rain drop and then I'm immediately restricted again, similar to the drops. I can claim only 3-4 drops at most, and right after that, I get an email informing me of a 7 or even 30-day ban. It feels like a cycle that keeps me locked out for quite a while, and it’s really frustrating

dont worry, ive gotten reduced bonuses since March lol, first ban ended not after 30 days as they stated for almost 45 days if not more and after a week I instantly got hit with another ban, so its been 3 a half months getting 10% weeklies

 

and ive been wagering consistently 100-200k a month lol

Why do you continue playing here despite the fact that you've been receiving reduced bonuses since March and experiencing inconsistent treatment? You've mentioned that your first ban lasted almost 45 days instead of the promised 30, and shortly after it was lifted, you got hit with another ban. It's been over three and a half months of receiving only 10% weekly bonuses, despite wagering consistently between 100k and 200k a month. What motivates you to keep playing under these conditions?

mainly only the fact that monthly bonuses dont get cut by that bonus ban and I've got a high vip level with a host, who gives me lossback bonuses that mostly total to what i would get for normal weekly. If I was anything lower than plat4 i wouldve left, but now it doesnt make sense to go to a new site and start fresh with jack shit for bonuses you know.

Only streamers and big players who have a lot of money and lose are treated fairly in my opinion
