Hello lovely community,

 

First of all stake is a wonderful site and stuff can always happen.
I was wondering if any of you have also been on the receiving end of a promotional suspension? Is there some system that automaticly puts these out? I'm just a bit baffled how one plays loyally on stake, this week for example 130k  could possibly be on the receiving end of this? I checked my drops that I claimed and they were all from over a week ago. Something must be definitely going wrong somewhere no? 
It doesnt feel like I got rewarded for playing on the site, one might even consider it punished. Out of thin air?
So yeah feel free to post your own stories about this here, perhaps we can find whats causing them.
I follow the ToS, this is my only account. I use nothing third party for claiming anything.

Only the slot '' Return of the King'' and always the 3-4 dollar reward. Never anything major.

Hello everyone,

Unfortunately, we as CMs are unable to assist you with this issue.

Please refer to the official email you received from Stake regarding promotions. If things change, you will be informed via email about it as well.

Furthermore, as the email mentions, you can still deposit, play and withdraw with no issues, and claim other bonuses and benefits as well.

Once again, we're unable to overrule this, and we can't provide further clarification or reasoning.

Sorry guys, but that's simply out of our jurisdiction.

I'm not asking any help or mod input here, im just asking the community if they have the same issues. It feels a bit punishing instead of rewarding. Perhaps theres feedback / input to be found.
I know the situation is as it is. But im interested in how the situation can occur.
