Exchange to operate in Japan.

Well well well guess who's favourite exchange is doing a great job covering the globe ? Its mine amd its COINBASE xD. 

Coinbase's chief policy officer Mike Lempers says that they are going to operate in Japan as soon as they get their regulatory approval. 

Lempers told this : " going well” with Japan’s Financial Services Authority"

So seems like in 2019 according to him they will start their operations.

And how can they not get an approval ? It's Coinbase not a random unknown shady wallet or crypto exchange
