Newly added level up installation payments (from platinum 4)

Quoting my host:

"We started offering this deal recently, so I'd like to introduce you to our new Progression bonus system, designed to reward you along the way, instead of waiting until you fully level up to Diamond 1. 👌

 

Rather than receiving the full bonus at once, you'll now earn Incremental rewards as you move through your progress bar."

The problem now is, I am platinum 6 and at 17%. I know for a fact that I should get a part of the bonus at 10%, yet my host says I am not eligible and should contact her once I am at 20%, which is another 450k wager by the way.

Any other experience?

yes, should be every 10% for p6 and every 25% for p5.

 

if host is unwilling to help: best idea is probably to wait till your host is vacation and contact/ask the backup host for the boost. hosts are in vacation all the time anyway, so probably wont have to wait long.

It really is so strange. When the only requirement is minimum 10% it should work just as the normal level up. I don't get it. Isn't it the same rule for every player??
