English Chat Rainbot Disabled why?

English chat rainbot has been disabled for almost a week now. I went around in every other language chat to see that they still have theirs running and at twice the capacity English chats rainbot was when it was active. I reached out to support thinking maybe there was an issue and it was broken. This was the case no more than 4 months ago when it "Broke" I brought it up with support and they fixed it within a day that time. 

This time I brought it up with support that our chats rainbot was potentially broken. I was hurt to learn that ENGLISH chat and ONLY ENGLISH chat was not supposed to have rainbot active and therefore was disabled. I find this very unfair and kind of discriminative against us English speakers. 

This was the response from support team members about the situation.

Why is this even remotely fair to ALL your ENGLISH speaking customers. We wager, we gamble with our money and we are people just like everyone else. Please Fix this to where we ALL have EQUAL rights please, Thank you.

It makes no sense at all, Eddie´s argument always is "there are already massive rains by players in english chat daily" - that might have been the case before the tip/rain limit was reduced to a laughable "250$" per 24 hours. So yes, a year back, his statement was not totaly wrong but those days are long gone. 

It´s the same with the tip/rain limit - 250$ is a bad joke. No other major site has those kind of laughable limits. If I win, I want to share but how, with such a low limit? 

We could also talk about the amount of daily code claims and the stream code claims. Stake has grown so much over the years, nowadays has at least 50% market share, but the number of claims never got adjusted. I dont know how often Eddie said that they will look into the topic live on stream, he says it pretty much every stream and nothing ever happens. By the way, Steve loves to say its a matter of increasing the wager so bots cant claim those codes, no, you guys just wont adjust to the growth. 

Eddie also said a million times by now, that he loves the "Freeroll Poker Tournaments" and that its a good idea to increase the prizepool. Did something change? No. 

Also funny, the fixed monthly date debate, Eddie always says "its tradition" that there isnt a fixed monthly date - but somehow everything is only "tradition" if it favors them. 

I dont know what Stakes goal is at the moment but I dont understand why they make their product less and less attractive lately. 

And dont get me wrong, I love Stake, overall it still is the best Casino out there and I would recommend it if people would ask me about it but does that mean you guys should stop putting in the effort? No.

Additionally, the English chat - even with rain - is discriminated by being open to all players. Those, who do not speak any language offered in the Steam Chat universe, are being especially discriminated. 

We have seen this with the increased rain, when all other players usually not being active in English chat, popped in and farmed the hell out of the event.

Despicable behaviour if you ask me, pointless to keep my wager up at all. I personally think he’s limiting the rain from us cus we tend to run that rain up like no other and end up chunking him for more hp than the rain is worth. 
 

typical of stake to have zero transparency with us and act like they don’t owe us even to communicate anything to us. 
 

the rains in English are not reliable enough honestly I think he’s tripping by saying they’re huge without rainbot. I’ve only seen eddie enter chat and blob and exit… which some people get muted for low quality chat just emoting…

they fear us getting the funds we need to run it up and don’t value our loyalty, they’re really making that clear.

eddie is pretty disconnected from the community and he would have to be to do stuff like this, even in the weekly stream he has everybody else doing the communing for him lol 

this isn’t to rag on Eddie but a lack of communication to your loyal communities is unjust, bro is playing god atp

I'm having same problem in Indian chat room....rain bot always shower on selected people n when asked about it to mod he says I'll mute you.....I m not getting rain or tip from last couple of weeks

Were not here talking about NOT catching rain. India chat is fine they get everything. 

We are talking about rainbot being DISABLED in ENGLISH chat.
