rain banned twice

so i was rainbanned when i started receiving rain after my wager requirements were completed , and the other day i was banned and stopped receiving rains for 7 days,

so after getting unbanned i wagered 3500$ on same day and when i started receiving 2 rains and suddenly i was banned on the same day .

i dont understand this - this feels like punishement and unfair to me.

 

please do something about this.

Yeah it often retriggers. After I level up to platinum 4 i got rainbanned in like 3 months in a row. Last 7 days, then you get rain again for like a couple of hours then instant new 7 days.

The host can't do anything either.

Never heard of rainban even as im from other casino originally but still how u got yhat 😅
