why can't I write on the giveaway forum

hello. whenever I want to follow and somehow join the giveaway forum I have difficulty writing a post. Why? I can't add it. Are there any restrictions?

In order to be able to enter Eddie Weekend Stream + Giveaway, or to participate in some of the Forum Promotions, you will have to ensure that you have a minimum of 10 Forum posts first.

Every new topic you open on the Forum counts, and every reply to any existing topic counts as well.
