Hello everyone,

 

I’d like to raise a concern regarding how VIP bonuses are currently being distributed, as I’ve encountered a situation that seems inconsistent and possibly unfair.

 

Despite having wagered over $3 million in the past three months and sustaining losses close to $70,000, I was recently told that I am not eligible for the Platinum 6 20% bonus—something I’ve seen other users receive, even those with significantly lower gameplay volume.

 

What’s more confusing is that my VIP host, Kayoko, initially mentioned that such a bonus could be split and made available, but that message was later deleted without explanation. I’ve also been informed that bonuses are based strictly on gameplay, yet in my case, the criteria seem to have been applied differently compared to others.

 

I’m bringing this up not to cause drama, but because I believe in transparency and fairness for all players—especially those who are loyal and contribute consistently. If bonus criteria are subjective or vary from host to host, then I think we, as a community, deserve a clearer explanation.

 

Has anyone else experienced something similar?

You're absolutely right to bring this up.
Transparency is key, especially when it comes to VIP rewards that many of us work hard to earn through consistent wagering. If some users with lower activity are receiving better bonuses, it’s only fair for the system to be clarified and consistent for everyone.

I am in the exact same situation.

I am at 33% progress on my platinum 6.
The Bet amount is 
comparable to many users who are getting this bonus.

I am frustrated because there is currently no satisfactory explanation from the host, KAYOKO.

I am currently contacting her and hope she will improve.
