huypoylem95 Posted July 4, 2025 #1 Posted July 4, 2025 Hi Stake My Stake username is Huypolyme1995. Last week, my account leveled up 2 times from gold to plat 2. When I reached plat 1, i couldnt open the center help window to receive message from the vip manager to claim my reward. Then I sent an email to [email protected] to claim it as one of the mod in my room chat suggested. The crypto reward was given to me and a 14 days reload was also included. After that I reached plat 2 on the same day but this time I can open the center help window and receive the level up reward directly from the vip manager. As soon as I reiceved it, I noticed that my 14 days reload was replaced to another. I asked the vip manager about it and he said that it was canceled out because I didnt tell him that I wanted to hold it to the end before starting the new one. I felt very unfair because when I reached plat 1 (first time get to know about reload) I have to claim it by sending email and of course theres no one tell me that I could hold it. If I claimed my plat 1 reload untill it expire. I could have ~500$. Why Stake doesnt ask user want to hold the reload or not before starting the new one but only tell user after the new one already started. This such a sneaky move, isnt it? knifear 1
