Weekly Bonus Didn’t Reflect Actual Loss — Requesting Review

Hi team,

 

I recently reached Platinum 10% and wagered over $50,000 USD this past week. I also had a net loss of nearly ₹1,00,000 (~$1,200 USD) during this time.

 

However, my weekly VIP bonus today was only ₹4,000 (~$48 USD) — which seems quite low for both my wager amount and VIP level. I suspect the system may not have included my full loss in the calculation, possibly due to a stat update delay.

 

Could someone from the team please review my account and confirm whether the loss was factored in? I would appreciate any clarification or support regarding this.
