unfair banning of account from promotions

I was betting on mlb matches on 4th of july,there was a promotion to wager 100usd on any of the mlb matches

so i wager about 105-110usdt

from which i lose about 60-70usdt

i was eleigible for the promotion 

but stake decided to ban me from sports promotions due to excessive bonuses which is unfair as i have recieved only 2-3 promotion bonuses

sometimes its look like stake doesn't want to pay its promotions.

 

Stake team what to do now?
