Megavolt10000 Posted July 6, 2025 #1 Posted July 6, 2025 While i was playing for 9900x dice on 0.01 bet then i increase my bet size by pressing 2x and start playing and the next bet it hit 9900x but the bet didn't increase it went to 0.00. And ive been asking from the chat support they are saying its not from their side. I even have a video of its glitching and provided them the video they are still saying the same its not from their side. All i want them is to reimbursed for what it has glitch that i should had got still they are not providing me any support on the support. They are just saying the same over and over again. Now all i need is the help of kind to get my reimbursement.

You will need to resolve this issue with support as they have the right information regarding what had happened.
