Feedback: Requesting Support After Tough Week as Platinum VIP

Hi Stake team,

I’m currently at Platinum 20% and have been consistently active on the platform. I’ve recently had a tough run and unfortunately can’t continue wagering as I used to.

I fully understand that bonuses are tied to wagering activity, but I just wanted to share some honest feedback and kindly ask if the VIP or marketing team might consider some supportive gesture through the weekly or monthly systems.

I truly enjoy Stake and want to stay active here — any consideration from the team would mean a lot.
