Rain Bot Discontinued only From English not regionals

I think English chat users should at least get the courtesy of being told why you discontinued rain bot only from English chat but all the other regional chats still have it?

Is this why I havent seen Mr rain recently? Very interesting. Following to know the reasoning.

I'd like to know the reason for this as well since we are not allowed into other chats where they still have the rainbot.
