I’ve been a loyal and active user with a current total wager of over $265,000 and I’m currently sitting on a heavy loss. In the past weeks alone, I’ve wagered over $120,000 with a clear negative outcome. My VIP level is Platinum I, and I'm close to Platinum II, yet the bonuses I receive seem quite limited and inconsistent compared to others with similar or even lower volume.
