Crash: why is every region different?

Why are the graphics of the Crash game different in each region? I did a test and it really is different for stake.com users compared to stake.us and the other regions. Why not follow a single graph? For example, the latest crash 4.0, why don't the different regions follow the same line? I think that would make a lot more sense. It would even bring players closer to the results. Crash is different from other games in that it's almost “multiplayer”. In my opinion, they should keep the graphics the same for all the available Stake regions.
