How to lose in Multi in cricket

How you can lose when opposite team dint not score that much run in the board ..

I feel like win win situation on the bookmaker ..

I have betfair where if opposite team opted to bat first bet will be called avoid and they return our bet..

It's like we are hoping they will score more than what we bet ..

It feels really unfair.

Ex: in my case I bet on india women team to score 157.5 in 20 overss..

Eng opt to bat first scored only 126 which was chased in 17 overs..

Still I losed the multi because of this I had 280 dollar in winning..

Stake can you plz correct this mistake for atleast future bets..

Hmm 🤔 i had 0 knowledge on this lets see what's gonna happen if it was glitch stake will correct the mistake if not u know what i mean
