shouldn' t the stake have a fixed date and time for Bonus ?

i am observing very long time that stake haven't fix a date for pre / post bonus .Every time stake players confuse / irritate for pre and post monthly bonus . moderators have no reply , skammers give them rumors , 

i suggest stake team they can place a bar / lines in the chat box where everyone can see the date and can be save from rumors .

It definitely would decrease the "wen's" but im sure there is a marketing reason for not doing so. As well, stake tends to adapt bonus drop dates to suit holidays, etc.
