birthday bonus(Since when does the marketing team do the calculation?)

Whatever the marketing team touches dies. We all had a birthday bonus, as for me they gave me 20 bucks on platinum 1, and it was good. Now they give me 2 bucks? They refer to the recalculation of the so-called formula by which they make calculations. That's somehow completely pathetic, even disgusting, where should I send you these unfortunate 2 bucks? Write the contact person who is responsible for this, I will return THIS MEGA LUL BONUS to him back.

Yup basically the formula for this bonus has changed from previous years so your account activity will impact your birthday bonus for example deposits and wagering, if you meet these requirements then you will get the maximum bonus.

I haven't heard about any changes anywhere, and everything was fine last year, i received 20$ . . .

There is no official announcement for this change, but it is certain this formula applies to almost all bonuses

Have you ever heard before that there is no base bonus on monthly bonuses for all Platinum accounts? whereas a few years ago the base bonus was activated for all Platinum, yeah around $50 for each monthly or $1 reload for all Bronze but now not anymore, all based on account activity.

I agree with all other bonuses, but as for the birthday, I think there should be a base rate. You were only born once, and this bonus is only once a year, so what is there to change? The company simply cuts all expenses, loyalty is worth nothing anymore

you know like any company where the hr department is big.. and you have 5 people, lets not say women doing the job of 1 and just complaining and sending memos thats how i feel about this
