Deposit glitch

Hii stake moderator 

I made a deposit month ago transction show failed but not reversed in my bank neither in stake account after that so many times i try to reach customer live support and he always say same thing buy i made fill forum about deposit escaltion and after more than a week i didn't get even reply so what should i do now, please help me.
