Confused About Ladder Bonus Timing

Hi everyone,

 

I’ve received the Ladder Bonus before, but this time I haven’t received it even once. I’m currently at Platinum Level 1 with 22% progress, and I’m a bit confused about when exactly the Ladder Bonus is supposed to be credited.

 

Is there a fixed time or requirement for it to trigger?

Would appreciate any insights or experiences from others.
