Poker need to be counted as 3 time wager, Don't you think?

Guys, I believe it takes time and skill to play poker, if we are spending hours to play don't you think the wagering should be thrice similar to sports because the time it takes to finish just one round on table is a lot. And the calculation of wagering in poker isn't clear. So kindly explain it to me
