I think he told about Weekend Stream + Giveaway where you post your nickname and host has to select a winner as I understand. 
But I am also can't figure out how does it work and where we could find winners and how a host contact to us. 
When Eddy selected my page I was happy and I decided that I won already( But I fear that I forgot to do something and I can't get a win for now

Hosts usually announce winners in the chat, and after a some period of time, the winners are credited.
There is no list of winners available other than the chat announcement.
