Blocked me for irresponsible gambling

Hello, I play on stake for the past few years and a bad week. I asked for a bonus and the vip host didn’t get the joke and blocked me.

 

who I can speak to in order to solve this problem? I put a lot of time and effort into stake site and got to high vip level

 

i want to continue playing and risk what i can afford to lose. 
 

for now I didn’t get help from the chat support and the vip backup host don’t answer after they made their decision. 
 

I can show all proof needed I was down even more and no one block me something isn’t right with the backup vip host
