Where do I begin, Today during Eddie's stream the final drop for stake.com users was plinko10000x, whoever was watching knows how he says it. Anyways, I was locked In! typed in the code instantly as he was saying it. It got accepted then I immediately clicked claim without even looking at the currency, they made me wait for like 10 seconds before I got a notificaion saying error.

Now this has happened several times before and once (few months ago) I immediately contacted support and they fulfilled the claim, so I contacted the support on the spot. It took them 28 mins to answer, then they hit me with the first reason: the claim reached it's limit. I explained that it is not possible, especially with what happened and how fast that was, the first guy kept copy pasting the same message without even reading any question I send or even bother answering it, so I requested someone else for support. 
 

Now the Second guy comes in, and this time he brings out a different excuse, this time it was that I exceeded the time limit. What time limit? 2 seconds?  Then why have the nonsense page where you choose the currency you want your claim in? by the time you pick a currency, you have already lost the claim. That's why I cllicked claim instantly and yet it wasn't enough and they kept not answering my questions like how is that not eligible and usually if you reach the limit or it expired the code wouldn't even be accepted, you get a notiffication that says that. But doing everything you can as quickly as possible within 2 seconds of the code announcement and doing everything from my end, they put me on hold and just locked me out of the reward because it was pending from their side.

Anyway, the second guy was getting irritated by my persistence because I'll be blunt about it, it's a legit, rightful claim and they just tossing their manipulative scripted answers and diminish the case, whether its $1 or $1000 I have full right to demand it. So the guy decided that if I send more messages Ill be locked out of chat and can contact via email only. 
(bare in mind, not a single word out of class was used and I was consistently asking the same questions but without any clear answers only the following: our investigation and they  mention a false excuse.

Finally the third support, comes in and mentions that the reason my request failed because I didnt tell support immediately about it (which I did as mentioned earlier and they took more than 25 mins to reply) 

So no, I dont want the $7
This isn't about the $7
It's about the so called "support" being the front line of manipulation and lies, because everything they mentioned as an excuse was false claims furthermore, they refuse to answer any of my questions. Even when asked about the two incidents and they both happened the same way, they explained briefly that the first was claimed the other wasn''t which doesn't explain anything because the same thing happens every time and I let it go.

But nor on forums, or on Eddies Stream, or on the drop or even on gambling itself I win, then it's probably clear that some accounts are flagged and censored, they are monitored and these so called Supports apparently have a lot of agency on rewards and progress. I ask to file a complaint ,they sent me the support email 🤣 Like are you even a human tallking to me?

So to complain about support, you email support, the very same team trying to manipulate the issue.
 

1. The incident that occurred today, happened exactly the same previously and I was compensated. Now, support is creating different excuses

2. The drop was announced live on stream, as the were announcing it i had already typed, entered and claimed the $7 USDT drop that all happened within a couple of seconds, afterwards it's on your side to just transfer after completing everything SUCCESSFULLYY but it stayed loading and then it said error (same exact incident happened last time)

3. Your colleagues had different excuses, first it was the drop reached it's limit then it became I was not on time for the drop then the last one said I didn't reach out in time. Which btw all of them are invalid or inaccurate, because first the drop didn't reach its limit in 2 seconds and even it did it wouldn't have accepted the code and allowed me to claim, second not on time? I was hasty and locked it in within 2 seconds and claimed without even looking at the currency of my choosing, it was your end that didn't hold up to the claim. Third, I reached out to the support instantly after it happened, as it has happened before frequently and I've let it go several times but support took more than 25mins to even reply first, and then hit me with the "investigating" investigating what? the credibility of what I said that happened, well it 100% happened regardless of what investigation is done and I want what rightfully mine.

It's amazing how I have more answers than any of the "support" team gave me to any of these things I mentioned, furthermore they disappear and refuse to comment after sending a clearly structured, scripted paragraph to such situations, which I am almost certain they didn't even bother to read half of what I said.

and to add to your professionalism, the gentleman threatens me if I keep talking about this they'll close my Support section and I'll have to contact them via email from now on.

why am I talking about this here? The same people that would manipulate such a situation so they save their cheap ass $7 and give it to selected people, are the same ones that can someday lock you account and ban you for good under the same false excuses. I'd like to see some real changes, and prizes and winners be more transparent with picking the winners method.

Finally, if anyone knows any contact email that I could file a complaint to about the Support, I'd appreciate it!
