Can I ask my host for a pre-level up bonus if Im steadily progressing?

ANYONE PLATINUM4 AND ABOVE: Can you ask your VIP host for a pre-level up bonus (Im 30% to VIP 6)? Could I ask for a % of it based on progress %?

Are there any pre lvl up bonuses that can be asked to vip host? I mean I don't know and I have 50% to plat5. If anybody has asked before , can they share their experience? Thanks .
