Vip Ladder Climbing

I noticed from one of my friend that this vip ladder climbing bonus starts from Bronze 50% But my account is at Gold 35%. But i never got a single one where I should get multiple. Don’t know why this issue. Its a so sad situation. Please any community manager who checks this post-  i am requesting you respectfully that please check my account and if i am eligible please add it to my account.

The ladder bonuses are decided by the marketing team and they only know the criteria, may be you wager a lot in 24hrs more than $100k or win or loose a lot. I am 50% to plat5 but in my journey of 4 yrs but i hadn't received any such ladder 🪜 bonuses and also had wagered many times above $100k within 24hrs. So it's all on the marketing team. Hope you get one at the earliest.
