Hi Eddie / Stake Team,

I’m really disappointed. I’ve been a loyal player on your platform for five years, and every year since 2020, I’ve consistently received my birthday bonus exactly on July 19—the day itself. Your support ( @Branko  ) even sends the link directly, because I never receive it via email. You know this, it’s all in my history.

 

But this year, in 2025, suddenly I have to wait two more days just to get the email bonus? That’s not a birthday bonus anymore—it’s just late. What changed?

 

Also, the live support responses have been confusing and frustrating. It's like they aren't even trying to help. I’m not asking for anything more than what I’ve always received, and I’m definitely not here to be brushed off after years of loyalty.

 

Please check my records, do the right thing, and make the system fair again. A birthday bonus should arrive on the actual birthday no excuses.

What is the Birthday bonus?

  • Stake celebrates by sending exclusive birthday bonuses to eligible players.

How do I become eligible?
To receive a birthday bonus, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Have a verified email address.
  • Complete at least level 2 KYC verification before your birthday.
  • Maintain a decent level of activity on your account or achieve any VIP rank.
  • Opt-in for promotional emails.

How will I receive the bonus?

  • If you meet the eligibility requirements, keep an eye on your inbox on your birthday. Stake will send an email with a coupon link valid for 7 days.

IMPORTANT: Allow up to 24 hours after your birthday for the email to arrive.

I agree, but I believe why they have the "up to 24 hours" thing is because Stake's time zone could be different from yours, so when it's July 25th for them, for example, it could be July 26th for you, so they aren't late, the automated computer likely just sends it out according to what your ID says.
