Raffle ticket winners who didn't know they won

I strongly believe i must have won a raffle ticket without knowing.. so i want to ask if there is anyway to notify the winners who were not online or who didnt know they won.. or any winner gets their money in fault automatically? Or it must be claimed her.. please clarify me

Good question... I have account above 3 years... And i'm still don't know too.. can maybe upgrade and add that rubric on player panel where is VIP, rewards, etc... " I'm convinced this would make things much easier for less experienced users, as a smaller or larger percentage of players probably don't even realize what the tickets are, when the lottery or drawing is, or who got lucky. It's good that someone brought this up. So maybe someone from support/technical service, or anyone else involved, could pick up on the topic and push the idea where it needs to go. This would make it easier for us to view and provide general information about the weekly list and results? Not everyone has time to always stay up to date on live events, etc. Best regards
