Hello friends, how are you? I wanted to tell you something that happened to me and that no one has said anything to me about it, and as far as I understood, they referred my account to Responsible Gaming. I've had my account in this great family that for me is Stake for more than 5 years. A few weeks ago I filed a complaint about some statistics and bets. It's not even about money, it's just an error, and their response was to suspend my account. For no reason at all, and after several days of requesting information about it, they told me that my account was suspended and that in the terms and conditions of point 9, etc., it says that for a minimum of six months. I think it's very unfair and cruel on their part that from one day to the next they did this, since for years I've tried to climb all the levels I could to try to reach Platinum V, and now this is happening to me. Really sorry to hear what happened to you. It feels very unfair, especially after being a loyal member for 5+ years. I’m also someone who played honestly without shortcuts and faced losses. I reached Platinum 2 without any referrals, just with my own gameplay — but never received proper bonus support from Stake either.

I hope someone from the team sees this and helps you out. Stay strong 🙏

Mánda soporte a Stake o si no por redes sociales pero si te la suspendieron tiene que ser por algo fíjate bien lo que te dijeron en el soporte o subí las capturas así te pueden ayudar más y hablar con ellos mejor así te la habilitan de nuevo a mi me pasó así pero en Bet365 y me queje porque los iba a denunciar porque no me querían devolver mi dinero pero te la van a habilitar si le mandas capturas y el motivo

Hello, how are you? It's not a question of money. It's not about winning or losing. It's about recovering the account. I've already spoken to support, and they say they don't have access to the information and that I should wait for them to contact me. I've already contacted everyone on social media, trying to see if anyone can help me, but they all give the same answer. It's crazy that they do this, and on top of that, out of nowhere. It's a shame it ended like this.

Honestly, I don't know what to do or what to expect anymore. After almost five years of playing every day, literally making more than 30 or 40 deposits a day on occasion, I'm happy trying to level up and suddenly find myself in nothing and having my account suspended. It's awful and frustrating. And the worst part is that the terms and conditions say they can do it. I thought Stake.com was different. I hope they don't let me down.
