Does anyone know when you receive "Climbing The Ranks" bonuses ?

Hey, was just wondering... when do we as players receive our "Climbing The Ranks Bonus"... I feel like since my last Platinum rank (Platinum 2) I haven't gotten very many. Does anyone have any insight into this ?

Okay I'll start with this these arent the same for every one what I mean by that is ive gotteb about 20 vip ladder bonuses ive come to the concession that you only get them when you wager a ridiculous amount. For instance majority of mine came when I wagered 250k in one day or last month when I wagered 1.25mil in a night. They gave me 6 vip bonuses in june that totalled 1500ish. To sum it up you need to wager a shit ton in a short period of time. I never got them just casually gambling hope that helps!

I usually keep getting them when I cross 25 or 50 % on my progress

I got mine when I had wagered 2.4m in a week. Got 4 of them and they were $200 for each one.
