Fake emails about a deposit bonus claiming to be from Stake.com

Is there a lot of people that were/are getting a bunch of deposit bonus match emails? first started getting them a Cpl months ago and since then have really progressed. I even almost fell for it. lol but it’s obviously not the official stake. My first thought on this is it’s illegal? But is it?

I did not fall for it. But for anyone that did. That’s not ok.

These scams often look convincing, sometimes even mimicking Stake's branding, but they usually contain shady links or request personal info.

Always go to support and check if it's legit. I do it everytime. In my case I only got once and ite legit, so I'm cool for now

For your protection, strongly recommend:

Hover over links to preview the destination URL

Check for HTTPS and the correct domain

Look for misspellings in the domain name

Never enter credentials unless you're certain of the site's authenticity
