jdc09421 Posted July 25, 2025 #1 Posted July 25, 2025 I was playing CRASH, when I attempted to cash out, I received there error codes. This happened on 5 different rounds. I contacted support and provided them with the two house numbers (I was unable to get the other rounds due to playing so much, that I had to wait for the game archive). Support contacted me later in the day stating the did find an issue with CRASH, and therefore refunded $4,800.00 to me for the two rounds. I was told to follow up when I got the game archive so I could provide the ID's. The next day, I received my game archive and located the house ID's for the other rounds whereas the error codes displayed as well. I contacted support, provided the information, screenshots of the errors, as well as screenshots of the support agents conversation. Total amount of these bets were $3600.00. A few hours later, I received the generic response that there was no issues with the games/rounds. I explained the previous issue again. However I was told they could not refund me. They seem to have a generic answer for every inquire I had. So I waited a few hours, and contacted another support agent. This time I provided them with the two house ID numbers that did have an issue and which I had already been refunded for. I explained the situation as stated previously. Would you believe that for those rounds (remember these were the two that Stake said they did have a problem with) they found not issues with after sending them to "the team that handles" these issues. I then asked "Are you sure?". Support agent was adamant, at which time I revealed that the game ID's I provided him were actually two I had been refunded for once Stake confirmed CRASH was not operating correctly. He then changed his response to say he meant they paid out correctly because I was refunded. I explained to him that this seems very deceptive, especially from someone outside looking in. I've never had an issue with Stake, always felt the were a reputable company. However, recent events make me reconsider that opinion. I asked to speak with someone with authority, but was denied access. So if you had any issues with CRASH on July 23, 2025 between 0100 - 0230, may want to look into it. Since I can't seem to get any help on the issue, maybe they will respond to various social media outlets. See attached photographs. @everyone @Stake Casino @Eddie @Steve @Edward @Edward
