Stake made changes regarding deposit related escalation which was earliwr made through support chat but now moved to transactions page where you get escalation  option after 7 days but in most of the cases where payment which got stuck clears in 24hrs. Due to which I have to wait for 7 days in order to get may deposit escalated . Though payment has been successfully  completed and also showing failed status on website .

 

 

I request  you to kindly give instant escalation  option for failed payments and you may hold escalation  optoion for pending transactions until it is cleared.

 

I have made payment on 26-07-2025 04:08 AM which  got completed at 4:19AM 26-07-2025 but  still i am unable to escalate my issue and Payment is stuck in between.

Hi was there any resolution? 
I made my INR deposit on May 18th and it’s still pending. I don’t see the escalate option too which is supposed to be available after 24 hours but it’s been 2 months
