This is not right reply seem borderline robotic I feel as though I am talking to an AI that cannot take the necessary next steps (most likely it's parameters) or someone who isn't able to understand what I am saying. They seem determined to not help, i am certain this is more than possible for stake to tend to, I do not think there will be any progress in the conversation and it is not something that should be dismissed. Stake should be able to handle this and I do not feel I should be forced to go find/contact a web expert to give me the solution to pass on to them. Something has to be in need of fixing and detectable, I can not believe this to be deliberate so I'm certain someone important at stake must be glad to be made aware of this before it gets out of hand.
