Crypto deposit not credited to the account after 5 hours.

Hi

I had initiated two USDT (BNB BEC Network) deposit from Binance app to my stake account : Onamroy23 . The amount has not been deposited to my stake account, not even  pending transaction notification. 

I contacted the chat support multiple times with all the details regarding this but there is no reply. Usually chat support replies in a few hours but it has been more than half a day now with no acknowledgement. 

I can only hope that this is related to an ongoing delay in deposits as informed by a stake live agent, 15 hours ago. She said they don’t have the ETA for the deposits. and WENT OFFLINE 15 HOURS. I am also not able to initiate a new chat as this one is abandoned and unanswered for. 
 

Please help me with getting the crypto deposit.

Bro i also deposited 90 usdt from my binance to stake wallet 2 hours ago and it it still not credited . Hope they do something about this issue.
