Oh dear Stake, so wise and grand,

With spreadsheets flying from your hand,

You guide us well through thick and thin,

Now let the bonus talks begin!

 

All year we toiled with smiles so wide,

(Though coffee breaks we never denied 😜)

Deadlines met with ninja grace,

Slack emojis all over the place!

 

Quarterlies crushed, profits soared,

Even HR was less ignored.

We’ve earned, I say, a little cheer—

A bonus, sir, to close the year!

 

Not just coins or paper bills,

But joy that truly gives us thrills.

A pat, a raise, or just a sign,

That says, "You’ve done well, team so fine!"

 

So dear Stake, don’t make us guess,

Just say it loud — a "YES YES YES!"

And fear not — we’ll work far more,

If coffee AND bonus are in store!😜😜
