Vip ladder bonus

How does this work and when do they offer vip ladder bonuses to player as i was silver i got it around 35% and now im at gold so just wondering, IK its not mandatory bonus

I got it when I was gold 70%

When you reach a new VIP level, you will receive a small bonus. The higher the VIP level, the bigger the bonus. Additionally, you will receive a reload bonus for 14 days

Honestly, it seems to be pretty random for most. 

I usually get one at around 20% &/or 40%
