help with getting back in the account

hello following Problem how can I get back into my stake account I registriered over Facebook years ago and didnt put a password in 

 

So following Problem my Facebook Account got perma banned and deleted by meta how can I get back into my stake Account without the access to my Facebook Account 

 

Is theire any way to recover my stake Account?
