ceastem Posted October 20, 2018 #1 Posted October 20, 2018 just thinking. it would be great if stake has an app of their own right? even freebitco.in has an app even if it just let you go to some kind of a browser which shows exactl like what a mobile browser shows. with that same app, freebitco sends push notifs which would be so great if stake had that too. like i wanna be notified on my mobile if someone responds to my topics, there are new announcements, maintenance schedules, happy hour, etc. or certain giveaways that i must not miss! haha although i have no idea how hard or easy it is to make one, i hope it will be possible in the future.

It's a good idea but since the forum is optimized for any device, and since you still need internet connection to browse the said app, I think the website can stand. As for the notification, you still need internet connection to receive notifs, you can also receive notifications via your browser: https://forum.stake.com/notifications/options/ But if it's an app for the platform, they can create one but gambling-related apps are not allowed on app store/play store. That's the reason why Stake/PD have no app version. If you found one, that's a fake and for sure a scam one!

If you found one, that's a fake and for sure a scam one! but i think freebitco is a gamblling related too right cause of their hi lo game? although i am sure someone just made it up, i can still log in on it and withrawn like lots of times. the only thing i noticed when i installed it though was i cannot change the referral code (which is probably the creator's code). but aside from that nothing anymore and it works smoothly for me. thanks by the wa. now i know why they do not have an app yet haha. would have been pretty basic specially for primedice to be made as an app.
77kdub Posted October 20, 2018 #5 Posted October 20, 2018 Yah I've often thought it would be kind of cool if there were a stake app as well, as far as the time involved in making an app well I'm no developer but I happen to know a particular player here at stake that whipped up an app at another online bitcoin casino a lot of us play at and it didn't take him long at all and he did an awesome job maybe they would consider letting someone else make the app.

Install the app in a profile and make them download the profile on their phone, you could just make them download the IPA aswell and install thru something like cydia tweaker

If they'll create an app version of Stake, for sure it'll be as what you see on the mobile version of the site. Hey there are many benefits of an app that would soothe the pains of a mobile user. For one, I wouldn’t need to manually add ‘automated’ to the back of the URL for some games... and never have to deal with sudden auto-zooming on screen tap. I know I could probably download a browser like Firefox Focus/Puffin that prevents auto-zooming but that brings other optimisation problems as well. Such first-world pains 🙄
