No message option on Live Chat

Hi - I don’t have a message text box on the live chat. How do I contact support?

If you need any assistance, please feel free to contact Live Support. You can access Live Support in several ways:

Click the headphones icon 🎧
Use the Live Support button under the Account menu
Click the Live Support button on the left sidebar
Find the Live Support at the bottom of the page in the Support section

Hi @AleksaRs - the live support box comes up but won’t let me type an actual message. It’s just preset questions.

Sorry to bump this but still can’t use live support and email doesn’t work.
