Need Help: Stake Account Verification from Level 1 to Level 2

Hi everyone,

I’ve been trying to upgrade my Stake account from Level 1 to Level 2 verification for a while now. My account has been in “withdrawal only” mode for the past few months, and I can’t use it properly until the verification is complete.

 

I’ve followed all the rules and format guidelines carefully, tried multiple times with correct documents, but it still doesn’t get approved.

 

Has anyone faced this issue before and managed to solve it? Any tips or step-by-step guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I have already contacted live support multiple times, but they only provided me with the general guidelines and instructions on how to submit documents. I have followed all of them carefully and tried several times, but the verification still doesn’t get approved.

 

I’m stuck in “withdrawal only” mode for months now, and I really need a proper solution. Could you please help me directly or escalate this issue to the concerned team?
