Hey so I emailed the vipbackuphost yesterday before vip hosts shifts started. I had a simple request reset my reload cause its about to expire and request for 10% lossback bonus on my recent negative profit this past week.

Its now been over 15hours since I sent that email. Vip hosts shift have started and now ended an hour ago. My reload has now been expired for 12 hours and the backup host never responded or addressed my vip requests..

I thought stake was supposed to be the industry vip gold standard on handling their vips. This is more like the vip brown stuff standard.

So now I have to wait another 9.5 hours until host shifts start again an entire days reload claim missed and 24 hrs of wager that should of been applied to my reload amount wasted.

Along with recent negative profit of what was -$700. Will be likely less now when calculating the host recent play lossback bonus. Since I won't be depositing again until my vip requests are addressed.
