It appears the leaderboard for Level Up has not been updated since last Thursday. 

I did not see a way to message you directly and we cannot post on the Level Up Leaderboard page, so I’m creating this post to inquire about how often it updates, if it is automatically updated, or how the procedure works for this promotion.
