Hi All,

Game Glitched - Money Taken - Grand Melee

This game is glitched for me and auto spins as soon as it loads without me pressing spin and then crashes out immediately. I've sent video recordings recreating the error to live support but they aren't making any progress on helping. Have I just been scammed by the slot?

I've been waiting for 3 days now for a refund on these glitched bets, this is ridiculous.... I've wagered $140k in my first month and this issue under $100 cant be resolved under 3 days...

I've recreated the error and sent in video evidence and also shared HAR files as instructed by live chat but they refuse to even give me a timeline as to when I will get a response..
