Confused about 30-Day Reduced Bonus – Need Clarification

Good morning, sir.

 

I’m trying to understand why I’ve been given a 30-day reduced bonus status. Just 2 days ago, I had completed my 7-day code ban. After that, I didn’t even claim a single code — I only deposited and, unfortunately, lost.

The last time I claimed a code was on 6th of August, so I honestly don’t understand why I was given this update. I’ve even attached my P&L for your reference — kindly check and please let me know the exact reason. I would really love to hear a clear explanation, as this has affected my plans and wagers.
